Nice apartment completely renovated. It has three bedrooms (one double, one double and one twin with a bunk bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Outside there is a barbecue, a private pool with a solarium and hammocks and a covered relaxation area with a garden furniture. All the rooms are on the ground floor except for the upper terrace of 50 m, ideal for hanging clothes and / or sunbathing. Fully equipped and furnished.
We are a cheerful and helpful native and island resident couple. Connoisseurs of all the places, services, restaurants and activities that can be done in Menorca. Delighted to be able to inform and guide the client who wishes.
Located just 20m from the beach of Cala Blanca, in a residential, cozy and quiet neighborhood. It has the necessary supermarkets, bars and restaurants services. Ideal for a vacation with family and / or friends. Customers love the apartment's location and tranquility. It has a small reading library and chill out area, ideal for having a coffee or a drink and enjoying a relaxing holiday in Menorca. It is very cozy. There is a diving school 30m from the apartment. Ideal to enjoy spectacular sunsets in Menorca.
