Property info

Les Oliveres Antonia is a traditional Mallorcan stone-built country house located between Pollença and Port de Pollença. It is just a few minutes’ drive from both areas, with quick access to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and services. It is also conveniently close to Cala San Vicente and Alcudia. The property is arranged over two floors and offers five bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and three with single beds that share a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The upper floor hosts the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony with views of the surroundings. The house includes a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which is programmed to operate between 20:00 and 09:00 in accordance with local energy efficiency regulations. Outside, the property offers gardens, a private swimming pool, a furnished terrace, a barbecue and private parking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The maximum capacity is 10 people.

The villa sits in expansive gardens laid to lawn with towering palm trees, bushes and shrubs surrounding a glorious swimming pool with adjacent whirlpool. Entrance to the house is via the main door into a spacious, marble floored hallway leading into an open-plan lounge diner with access to the poolside terrace and barbecue. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor - a double with en-suite shower room and three twins that share a family bathroom and guest WC. The fully fitted kitchen offers all the modern conveniences required for a great self-catering holiday. Upstairs, at the top of the sweeping staircase, there is a balcony offering magnificent views of the Pollensan countryside. NOTE: In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from from 20:00 pm to 09:00 am
