Beautiful two bedrooms rustic property, with stone walls, with beautiful views to the countryside, sited in Teulada, on an area surrounded by country houses, in a very quiet and calm street. The closest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, which is approximately 4 kilometers distance . In Benissa city, if you arrive by car, you can find lots of supermarkets (there is also an Iceland ). The area is surrounded of wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy the appreciated Spanish gastronomy. From Villa Llagrima, you can get around the cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira in few minutes. The house is a country house inside a fenced plot, upon entering, there is a road that leads to a lower level where is a cover parking space for two cars ( although there is enough space at the entrance of the property for more cars ). Then you find the swimming pool (not heating option), with beautiful views of the countryside, there is an outdoor shower and hammock from where to enjoy the relaxing landscape. Villa Llagrima is the ideal house to spend a relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city but very closed to all amenities.
