I consider myself a person with a great sensibility for nature, lover of the sea and the beach, especially of the coves, and survivor of the city. I love to enjoy friends, especially with a good meal and playing football. My little obsession is that my clients are at home, therefore, I like that the entire experience of your stay is perfect. I am attentive but at the same time I like to leave space for clients so they can enjoy their holidays. Without any doubt I will be available to solve any unforeseen situation that may arise. I will also be happy to recommend places and places to visit according to the interests of the guests. I do not physically meet on the island for professional reasons, but I will attend to them immediately. Anyway, I have my family residing in Ciutadella in case it is necessary to go immediately to the house.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation for 4 people located on the first floor of a plot located in the urbanization of Cap d'Artrutx (Ciutadella), with swimming pool (shared with ground floor accommodation) and parking on the same plot. It has two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a covered terrace. It has air conditioning in all rooms including the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, as well as electronic opening of the exterior entrance door to the plot. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped to avoid carrying a lot of luggage. Only beach towels are not included. Sheets (and another set of reserve) are provided for each bed, as are bath towels. They also have blankets, iron and ironing board. If you need a crib or chair for babies, you can certainly request it and without any additional cost we will provide them.

Neighborhood info

This accommodation has the convenience of arriving with the car and entering directly without leaving the car (by opening with remote control). It has a swimming pool on the same plot with a solarium area with hammocks. A short distance from the accommodation they have a marina with restaurants and recreational rooms, as well as a water park. As personal recommendations: - Visit the maximum number of virgin beaches that can. - Eat / dine at one of the restaurants located in the port of Ciutadella: Cafè Balear or S'amarador. - Visit the lighthouse of Favàritx and S'Albufera d'es Grau. - Visit the mountain of El Toro (Es Mercadal), which has a panoramic view of practically the entire island of Menorca. - Visit the port of Maó and Binibeca Vell. - Sunset at Cova d'es Xoroi (Cala'n Porter) and also at Faro Nati (Ciutadella). - Visit to the village of Fornells and its splendid bay.
