Property info

A beautiful seafront villa with garden and direct access to the beach. Practically your own private beach! This 6-person chalet has three bedrooms, two of them with a terrace and spectacular sea views. There is a bathroom, a toilet and a living room/dining room with fully equipped American style kitchen. There is private parking behind the house with direct access, and a private garden at the front where you can enjoy the view, sitting under the shade of the trees. This really is a special place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Ebro Delta Natural Park and the sea. Located in the pretty fishing village of L’Ampolla on the Baconé Beach with its picturesque cliffs and splendid views across the sea, it is quiet and uncrowded here even in the height of summer. IMPORTANT: The amount of the deposit during the bank holidays of October 31st "La Castanyada", June 23rd "Sant Joan" and the New Year's Eve is 500 euros.

Neighborhood info

You can reach the centre of L’Ampolla within minutes of walking so a car isn’t necessary, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended.
