Spectacular Mallorcan finca with swimming pool in Llubí. Capacity for 8 people. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house will welcome you on the ground floor with a very comfortable living room and dining room in rustic Mallorcan style with high quality decoration. The kitchen, independent with ceramic hob and well equipped, next to the spacious dining room. One bedroom, a laundry room and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. In the outside area you will find several terraces and beautiful corners that will delight you: chill out area, covered corner with sofas and coffee table, tea table, ... on the other side of the house, the swimming pool, barbecue and big table to enjoy pleasant company. A beautiful stone house with a lot of charm. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
