My grandfather ran a supermarket and fish import business (cod) in the first two floors of this historic building for more than 40 years. Before that, it was the first department store in Bilbao, Almacenes Amann. The front of the building is in its original state and protected by the city of Bilbao. The apartment is new and built with care.
I try to take care of the people that stay in the apartment as much as I can.
The heart of the city, or one of the hearts. The street is right at the center of las Siete Calles, which is right in the middle of el Casco Viejo. Car access is limited, and at nights, it´s extremely peaceful. The bars are two streets away, which is great. The Tram is 30 seconds away, the Underground, 2 minutes.
