This is a basement-level property located close to the beach, which means humidity can be present. To manage this, two dehumidifiers are installed to collect excess moisture. Once their water tanks are full, they are emptied and reconnected to continue operation. Two fans are provided for warm evenings—one upstairs and one downstairs. For best comfort at night, we recommend turning on the fans and opening the windows to allow ventilation. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available. Please respect the house rules, clean the loft, and dispose of your garbage properly. Do not touch the black plug under the kitchen table under any circumstances. Parties and events are not allowed.
