Ground floor Loft newly refurbished in an industrial style at Las Marinas Beach, very cozy, friendly environment located on the beachfront, only 50 meters from the sand beach at the best área of Denia. The appartment has a double Room and a cozy living Room with a comfortable sofa bed. It offers air conditioned, wifi, parking area, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. It has 2 smarts tv connected to the internet. - Pets are allowed and free of charge. - We supply our guests with house equipment: towels, sheets, blankets etc… TOURIST HOUSING VT-482217-A
