A fresh and nice newly built apartment in Lomas de Cabo Roig. The residential area has a communal pool which is just steps from the residence. The dwelling is located in a quiet and living area, 2 km away is the coast's largest and newly built shopping center La Zenia Boulevard and east on the 2 km you will find the beaches of this beautiful coast. Nearby you will find beautiful golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin. The property is light and fresh and has an open floor plan. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The property is equipped with AC where all the rooms have a comfortable temperature thanks were central air conditioning. The apartment has brand new equipment of good quality, washing machine, dishwasher and a modern kitchen in Spanish design. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the sea. This also includes: Free Internet at 300/300 MB, WIFI and TV with English channels, Scandinavian and obvious Spanish channels. Secure parking 2 places to dispose completely happy.
