Los Avellanos 3 is located in Celis, within a private gated complex with three houses. This country house offers beautiful mountain views and a spacious private garden with a barbecue. The property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living room, kitchen, dining area, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with TVs and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Next to the entrance, a porch with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Additional amenities include TV, washing machine, children’s books and toys. Bed linen and towels are provided. A crib and high chair are also available. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace. All rooms, including the living area, have heating. Outside, the house is fully private and fenced, with a large garden of about 400 m² and a barbecue for your exclusive use. Guests also have access to the shared area of the property, where you can park your vehicles free of charge and enjoy the playground, mini-golf, basketball hoops, archery, and other toys with your children.
