This house is located in La Frontera, one of the three municipalities of the island of El Hierro in the nucleus of Los Mocanes. La Frontera is located in the northwest of the island, where the westernmost point of Spain is located. Frontera is totally protected by the borders, under the figure of the Rural Park of Frontera, Integral Natural Reserve of Mencáfete and Special Natural Reserve of Tibataje up to Los Roques de Salmor. Frontera is a municipality located in the western part of the island of El Hierro. This municipality borders with El Pinar and Valverde, and stands out for the quality of its gastronomic products from El Hierro, among which are the quesadillas, its excellent wines, smoked cheeses and the cultivation of tropical pineapple. Frontera hides wonderful corners such as the Malpaso Volcano with an altitude of 1501m and multiple trails, the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Candelaria dating from the nineteenth century, its beautiful natural beaches with a mild climate throughout the year, the Sabinar de El Hierro, declared a Biosphere Reserve and known for its natural wonders with ancient specimens of junipers.
