We offer villas and apartments in the town of Corralejo, and apartments near the sea in the town of El Cotillo. Our properties are newly built and furnished with medium-high quality furniture. We have a great experience in the tourism sector, we started our activity in 2004, and to date we have a large number of clients who visit us year after year Our deal with the client is totally straightforward, and sometimes it becomes almost familiar. Our involvement in our business and the attention to our guests is very high, and we strive to take care of the most important details, as well as to meet the requirements of our Customers as soon as possible. Our apartment is located in a privileged area in Corralejo, just 50 meters from the Corralejo beaches, about 100 meters from the prestigious "Bahia Real" hotel, and about 200 meters from the Camapanario shopping center, bus station, Taxi stand, and medical services. Our apartment is located in a residential of 84 apartments, with garden areas, and two large swimming pools. The profile of the owners who live in the residential is of a medium-high economy. Our apartment is oriented to the Northeast by the façade, and to the south-east by the internal terrace, has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 large terraces, one with pool table. The apartment is newly furnished, and is equipped with 50 inch smart tv, internet connection, digital satellite television, and optional service of air conditioning priced at 10 euro a day. The dimensions of the apartment are 75 square meters. In the surroundings of the residential you will find numerous parking lots where you can park the vehicle. For those clients who arrive at the accommodation from 2 pm, we will leave the keys in a box with code.
