Hello! My name is Alan and I am so lucky to have owned this lovely house from new. I visit around 5 times every year and I absolutely love it!
Only 5 minutes from the beach of The Mar Menor! There are 8 golf courses within a short drive. It is the perfect setting to explore South East Spain and the ancient cities of Cartegena and Murcia within a short drive. For water sports enthusiasts there is everything you could dream of around the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor (smaller sea) is a natural wonder and is the largest saltwater lake in Europe. It is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22km trip of land call La Manga. The Mar Menor area is known as 'The Costa Calida' meaning the warm coast. It has on average 320 days of sunshine a year. Murcia International Airport is only a 25 minute drive away! There are loads of restaurants and bars close by offering fantastic cuisine at prices less than half of the UK!
