This beautiful apartment located in the El Vinyet residential area of Sitges just two minutes from the beach. This bright 30 m2 studio, on the ground floor of the building, has an open kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a large closet and a sleeping area with a double bed. The studio has access to a community pool and its gardens for the exclusive use of our guests. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, free WIFI internet, safe and satellite TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped to prepare any meal. The bathroom has a shower tray. The rest of the studio has a table with chairs, a sofa and a flat screen TV. The bed is double matrimonial, has large closets and a window with access to the main courtyard of the building. To respect our neighbors, it is not allowed to organize parties or make noise after 10 pm

For those seeking exclusivity and calmness, we recommend the neighbourhood of Vinyet – Terramar. The area starts from Bassa Rodona beach until the southern point of the town. Terramar has a little train that runs to the city center several times a day. Vinyet has 6 different beaches to offer you, each of them with its characteristic beauty and beach bars. A must visit is Sausalito in La Barra beach. It's the perfect place to have a drink or lunch right in the sandy beach whilst sunbathing. On the contrary, if you'd rather sit down to table in a formal dinner, then PIC-NIC restaurant has the best paella. As we walk down from Vinyet to Terramar district, the streets are flooded with huge pine trees that at times uplift the ground. It's one of the few spots you can get some shade from the hot sun in the summer. The end of Vinyet is marked by the small chapel bearing its name which includes an outdoor sanctuary where people can lit candles anytime of the year. Terramar is differenced from Vinyet because most properties are big villas in which some famous people live. There is also the Terramar Golf Course which is one of the best in all of Catalonia.
