Reception is open 24 hours from 1 June until 30 September and until 20:00 for the rest of the year. Guests must contact Los Peces if they expect to arrive outside reception opening times.

Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.
A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival with a minimum of EUR200 per apartment.
