Big and beautiful villa, recently built, located at Km 10.3, just 300 meters from Migjorn Beach, in private grounds of 25,000 meters 10000 for a garden, parking area and pool.Inside there is a large lounge over 5 meters high, relax area with sofas, panoramic TV, satellite, DVD, etc. next to the kitchen is spacious living room overlooking the garden with table for 10 people.The kitchen is very well equipped and very wide; has a central area and has all necessary appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, ...).On the ground floor the first bedroom with double bed and an extra, a terrace with a direct view on the pool and the garden .The bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with shower open to the sky.The second bedroom has two double beds or customer comfortable bed a bathroom with tub and separate shower, with its own private terrace accessible from the room chilaut.The third room is a room in the kitchen area separated from the rest of guest accomdations with extra bed intended for service, babysitting etc.On the upper floor there is a a living area (loft) with a double bed.The house is beautifully decorated with careful detail and above all delivers in all aspects.

Married , and mother of two. My favorite things to do when im not looking after my children are traveling shopping and visiting exotic places and countries.

The property is located on private grounds , 10 minutes away from the beach in both directions . while many restaurants are available in the vicinity , I prefer spending quality time on the beach with the family.
