YOU WILL NOT SHARE THE FACILITIES WITH OTHER GUESTS Your room booking includes exclusive private use of all the ground-floor facilities of the house, including the living-dining room with a fireplace, the spacious garden and the wooden veranda. It is a place ONLY FOR YOU and your family/friends. POOLS AND RECREATION AREA A 15-minute walk from the house, you also have access to an extra-large swimming pool (with two separate areas for swimming and recreation) and another large, shallow pool for children. Next to these is a bar with a terrace and a spacious landscaped sunbathing area. All of this is located within the private grounds of the residential complex. RESTAURANT AND BAR The hostess is trained in haute cuisine, so you can look forward to an exceptional culinary experience, our EXCEPTIONAL PAELLAS! We change the menu daily and serve meals on the private wooden veranda overlooking the mountain, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the Sierra Calderona. PLEASE NOTE: NO KITCHEN is offered by the establishment, as indicated on the Booking website. However, a full complimentary tea and coffee service is available as well as a microwave and small fridge. All in your private dining room. BEACH & MOUNTAIN : You will find beautiful, uncrowded beaches 30 minutes away and 25 minutes away is the beautiful natural environment of the Sierra Calderona with hiking trails for all ages. It is also just 38 minutes to the city centre. SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE VICINITY: The residential area has a 24 hour security service. Near the house there is a small grocery shop, a hairdresser (by appointment) and a bakery-cafeteria (in the morning). SWIMMING POOLS AND RECREATIONAL AREA The swimming pool is open from June to mid-September, after that date you have access to a beautiful swimming pool by the sea 30 minutes drive away. RESTAURANTS AND BARS IN THE SORROUNDINGS A wide variety of restaurants and coctel bars are within a 15 minute drive on Avenida Cortes Valencianas in the nearby town of L'Eliana. A SPECIAL PLACE FOR PETS: 1. It is very beneficial for their well-being, after a trip, to be able to have an 800 m2 pine forest at their disposal. 2. They are also allowed in all rooms of the flat, as their owners often like to keep them close by, and the flat is very spacious (180 m). 3. Not only do pets enjoy the large grounds, but guests can leave them at home when they need it and we will take care of them. 4. It is not like having a dog in a room where it can be a nuisance if it barks, because in our area it will not bother anyone, being a low population area and because almost all the houses have dogs. 5. Last but not least, the location of the house is exceptional, with wonderful, unspoilt beaches just 30 minutes away, and the natural environment of the Sierra Calderona, in which the house is situated, offers wonderful walks in the countryside.
