We like to receive and provide good service in our beach apartments so that guests feel at home.

Property info

New apartment in a building located on the first line of the best beach in Valencia, (La Patacona). close to good restaurants for lunch or dinner looking at the sea, very quiet area in a farm with a porter, very spacious room, good communications, has parking in the same building, has bicycles, paddle surf boards and beach accessories such as umbrellas, etc. All this for free, subject to prior reservation.

Neighborhood info

It is a very quiet neighborhood with everything you need and good restaurants at the foot of the beach where you can enjoy pleasant views with the rich and typical Valencian cuisine.
