Property info

Delightful apartment near Poniente beach 150 meters from the sea. The apartment is located on the 9th floor of the new luxury complex Sunset Cliffs with amazing infrastructure. Guests can enjoy a large infinity pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, a heated pool and jacuzzi that are accessible all year round, several children's playgrounds, tennis and padel courts, football and basketball courts, a large gym overlooking the pool and the sea, free parking. A special feature of the complex is a pool bar for all residents. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, hot-cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. A large terrace overlooks the sea. Towels and bed linen are provided. The city's best restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
