Luxury Beach House is situated in the most exclusive residential area in Sitges and just 3 blocks back from golden beaches and the warm Mediterranean See. The cafes, boutiques, restaurants, museums and other attractions of Sitges town centre are a pleasant 5- minutes stroll away. This premium villa is set within 1.500 sqm of lush, sun-drencher and private Mediterranean gardens with impressive palm trees complete with a fantastic 18m x 5m swimming pool as its centerpiece. There are large terraces and lawns surrounding the pool offering plenty of space for both sunbathing and al-freco dinning. The large gardens surrounding the property create a sense of peace and seclusion, however, the beaches and attractions of Sitges are all within an easy walk. Luxury Beach House offers 350 sam of the contemporary Mediterranean Style living with bright white walls, cool tiled floors and large, light open-plan living spaces.
