Welcome to Es Molinet, a private, fully equipped villa located just 5 minutes from the beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro. The house is designed to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings without sacrificing comfort. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area and a large outdoor terrace. Outside you will find a private swimming pool, a chill-out area with sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan climate. In addition, the house has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, private parking and everything you need for a relaxed and carefree stay. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by nature and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The accommodation has an official tourist licence and is managed directly by the owner to ensure personalised, quality service.
