Luxury Villa4you is a newly built villa finished 2018, in high quality standard. The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Los Alcázares in south Costa Blanca. It is in walking distance to all the best restaurants and beaches. This villa has been built with homely touches and is finished to a high standard, offering all modern conveniences including air conditioning and heating throughout, under floor heating in both bathrooms and security system throughout the house. Outside area on ground floor: private swimming pool with heating (available), terrace , dining area ,garden with spanish tiles. Private parking area. Open kitchen area, dining and living area open to outside terrace and a private swimming pool. Kitchen door opens to outside dining area, perfect to chill out in the Spanish sun.
This villa have 3 bedroom with double beds, accommodation for max 6 guests. Two bathrooms with shower is in the villa, on ground floor and first floor. Large solarium on top floor with shower, perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Spanish sunny days. Here you will find the perfect combination of luxury, privacy and location, no car needed. Year - round fabulous
Extra cost: 125 EUR cost cleaning at the end of your stay 35 EUR if check-in is after 23:00 on the arrival day 15 EUR pr. day if the pool is heated - need order 4 day before arrival ( available )
