House Casa Made in China With a fantastic view of Ibiza!!! A house with a lot of privacy and peace to relax. The construction of the house is typical Formentera style. The living space of Casa Made in China is 120m². It is located in the middle of the plot, between the garden entrance area and the pool area The covered entrance area of 50m2 contains a comfortable outdoor lounge as well as the dining area, an outdoor shower and a guest toilet. The pool deck, open to the terrace, with the fantastic view of Ibiza, offers with its 250m2 another lounge, a very large dining area, an outdoor sofa area, four-poster bed, sun loungers and a complete outdoor bathroom (over looking Ibiza!) enough additional space to relax. From the outside deck you have access to the roof of the house where there is another four-poster bed. On romantic summer nights you can admire the clear starry sky of Formentera. The quiet residential complex with a magnificent sea view, as well as the features of the property, a large pool deck and the entrance garden area are unique to the village of Es Pujols.
The idyllic location of Casa Made in China allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the island and be in the middle of the action in 3 minutes, you have everything your heart desires. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, market, ice-creamparlour, shops or the night life with three discotheques and yet you have their peace and quiet and can relax. Who wants to go out in the evening has in Es Pujols the best choice of all. Es Pujols, is the magnet of the island night life of Formentera. Who lives here doesn't have an issue: Drink & Drive ! Special feature: The Casa Little China with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor shower is located next to the house Casa Made in China (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoorshowers, pool). Both houses have their own parking, separate entrance, privacy and garden! The Little China and Made in China are separated by the large parking lot from Made in China and can be easily connected by opening the garden door of Little China. Perfect for one large family or two families or families with Nani and cook or family staff. In this location of Es Pujols there is no other house that offer this comfort.
