Located just 100 meters walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Mar de Cristal and the calm waters of the Mar Menor. Joya Costera (Coastal Gem) offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi. This property has an extra large wrap around balcony for all day sunbathing. Lie back sunbeds. The air-conditioned apartment has been newly refurbished with new fully equipped Kitchen and Bathroom with shower and botanical contemporary decor throughout. 2 Bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and Utility room with Washing Machine & Airer. In March 2024 the apartment had laminate flooring installed that has been well received by recent guests The apartment has a communal garden of palm trees & benches to relax the day away and enjoy the parquets who like to fly around the tree tops.
Paul & Tina, have been renting Villa's in Spain for over 9 years, and have booking scores of 9.5, certificate of excellence, and preferred partner status on all rental websites. Since 2020 we have located the keys in keys safe at the property, the code will be sent before arrival. There is an extensive welcome folder with WIFI code, places we love in and around the area, restaurants etc.
A Wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. If you want the atmosphere of a Spanish flavour of a seaside town this is the place for you, but with the benefits of being a short drive to the La Manga Strip more touristy feel. Just a very short drive away (7 minutes) to Los Belones, where you can choose from an extensive choice of International cuisine restaurants, tapas and bars. Mar de Cristal has 2 Marinas, and activities suitable for couples, small children or teenagers. The waters of Mar de Cristal (Clear Glass) are safe and perfect for paddling and swimming safely. The inlet sea Mar Menor, are known as the sea of health, because of the warm waters and healing mud in Lo Pagan and San Pedro del Pinatar. Have fun in the mud which is famous and recommended for arthritic & skin conditions Water sports such as wind surfing and paddle surfing and diving lessons and experiences close by in Cabo de Palos. Close by is La Manga Golf Courses for beginners and avid players. A short walk to the paddle and racket tennis club where you can hire equipment and courts. Boat tours are available, City of Cartagena is 25 mins away,Mal of Espacio Mediterraneo 15 mins.
