The Villa has a front line golf view over the entire first fairway at MarMenor Golf resort. The garden has some seclusion if required for sunbathing, or you may prefer to sit and watch the golfers play or swim in the pool. Mar Menor is a security entranced golf Village which has an 18 hole (Jack Nicklaus) Golf Course. We are lucky to have one of the nicest locations for the Villa, being in a quiet and sought after area, surrounded by beautiful Villas, close to all the amenities. On site are restaurants, bars and a large supermarket, Many sports facilities including, Tennis, Table tennis, pétanque (french bowls), exterior exercise equipment, Crazy Golf, bicycle hire. The golfing facilities include a restaurant and bar, a driving range, putting and golf practice areas, proshop, golf hire and lessons. Onsite as well as A 5* intercontinental Spa Hotel, which has a wonderfull pool, jacuzzi sundecks, an indoor pool and Spa facilities, wellness centre and treatments including massage, a gym, restaurant and Bar.
Our host is close by and is on hand for all your needs. Our host runs an experienced professional business and you will be looked after by the owner of the Company.
The neighbourhood is very safe due to the entire resort being run by a security firm who are stationed at the entrance gates and monitor the village. Near by are a few nice villages/towns and very reasonably priced to eat out at. Beaches: The Mar Menor is Europe’s largest saltwater lake with a surface area of 170 square kilometres, 70km of internal coastline, separated from the Mediterranean by the 22km long strip of land, La Manga del Mar Menor, offering a large choice of sandy beaches and calm bathing conditions. The Mar Menor is shallow, with warm water and higher salinity than the Med, a non-tidal haven for watersports enthusiasts and those who enjoy the safety of this tranquil “little sea”.
