Maremar is a tourist apartment complex located in Benidorm. As a complex, it only manages the eight apartments situated in the building on Asunción Street. We are a small business in the heart of Benidorm.

At Maremar, we want to take the concept of a holiday apartment to the next level. We bring all the comforts of your home to Benidorm. A completely new building designed respecting the traditions of Benidorm. With tasteful décor and incorporating elements from our own family history, you'll find an environment where you can relax and connect with the most authentic Benidorm. Eight apartments, spread over 4 floors, completely new and with all amenities. Both the building and all the apartments have been designed without any architectural barriers. Access is at street level, with a spacious elevator. All doors are wide enough for wheelchair accessibility. We have an apartment fully adapted for wheelchair users with an accessible kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, wardrobe with handles, etc. This apartment is on the first floor. You can select it when booking by searching "Apartment." Our "Deluxe Apartment" features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to our patio, also located on the first floor. Both the "One-Bedroom Apartment" and the "Superior Apartment" are located between the second and fourth floors. The main difference between the two is that the Superior apartment has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a shower. All apartments have a main living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a master bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed. Single beds are not available. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave with grill, a capsule coffee machine, and a kettle. All apartments include towels and bed linen, as well as complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. An oasis of tranquility in the heart of Benidorm.

Maremar is located in the heart of Benidorm's old town. A less touristy area, where you can experience the authentic neighborhood spirit of our town. You'll find all kinds of shops and all the services you need in a very quiet pedestrian zone. Less than 200 meters away, you'll find the Municipal Market and a Mercadona supermarket. All the local businesses you could want are at your fingertips, including fishmongers, greengrocers, shoe stores, clothing shops, cafes, and bookstores. Everything you could possibly need is just a few steps away. Maremar is not accessible by car, so we always recommend parking in advance. There are five public parking lots nearby, two of them less than 200 meters away. When you book, we'll also provide you with information about free parking in Benidorm and the Low Emission Zone.
