Property info

This villa is surrounded by stunning sea views. The villa has its own direct access to the beach with its clear and calm water a privilege to take advantage of and make a snorkel route through the beautiful Baladrar cove or visit the bar on the beach. Bathing in the pool will be as if you were in the sea and its covered terrace with barbecue will be the perfect place for dinner with friends and relaxing afternoons gazing out to sea. Outside there is also a half covered terrace to park several cars and a garden with spaces designed to relax and rest. The villa is just 500 m away from the supermarket. The villa Marina Baladrar is distributed over two levels. Its old ceramic floors, wooden beams, handmade shelves and white walls give the house a rustic and Mediterranean air which is combined by modern and colourful decoration. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room where you can enjoy the magnificent views surrounding the house. There is also a cosy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen decorated with typical Valencian tiles.
