Marques is a well-furnished villa located in the countryside at only 5 Min. walk from the small town of Benitachell. If you want to feel the true essence of the traditional Mediterranean experience being next to a rural town, this choice won’t disappoint you. From the villa, you can enjoy beautiful views over the entire landscape that reach to the sea, due to its elevated position. The calm and peaceful area will provide you with a very relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the sun right next to the beautiful swimming pool. The drive offers parking for 2 cars, from where we flow towards a very spacious terrace, all on the same level, welcoming us with a private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, an outdoor dining area right next to the pool with sea views. Villa Marques is a two-story holiday home connected with internal stairs. On the same level as the terrace, we get access to the interior of the villa, starting with a nice living/dining area with ceramic flooring and wooden beams and equipped with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C. We follow towards the fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with A/C and a full bathroom. Internal stairs lead us up to a double bedroom with A/C and another single bed bedroom sharing a shower room and a beautiful balcony with excellent views over the Moraira´s coast and the sea.
