The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for 14 people. There is also an indoor dining room and a large outdoor table at the main entrance. Guests can enjoy a comfortable living room with sofas, Wi-Fi throughout the house, digital TV, and a stereo with Bluetooth. The property is conveniently located 55 km from Barcelona, 20 km from the Costa Brava, and 800 meters from the beach of Pineda de Mar.
