1. Every two or three days, the swimming pool must be cleaned and the plants watered by the property owner, whether there are guests staying at the property or not. It is important that guests are aware that on the days when pool cleaning and watering are carried out, the host may access the house to perform these tasks without disturbing the guests.

The swimming pool will be available from **May 1st to October 15th (01/05 to 15/10) of each year**.

2. The hosts provide room cleaning services, including bed linen and towels, upon the guest's request. This service will be carried out every four days of the stay, or more frequently if the guest wishes.

If the guest would like this service, they must request it and notify the host one day in advance.

This service is included in the nightly price and does not require any additional payment; guests only need to request it in advance. You only pay for cleaning for the entire stay. €40.

3. From **March 1st to November 15th (01/03 to 15/11) of each year**, the fireplace in the living room cannot be used.

During the months when the fireplace is available, guests should be aware that the fireplace glass must be cleaned and the ashes removed every time it is used. A supplement will be charged for firewood, based on the quantity (in kilograms) required by the guest..

4. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool due to health and hygiene reasons for other guests. Pets are also not allowed in the bedrooms. A pet supplement of €20 per pet will apply, with a maximum allowance of 2 pets.

5. The necessary bedrooms will be made available according to the number of guests, while the remaining rooms will remain closed. A baby cot is available for guests upon request at no additional charge.

6. Guests have access to a laundry and ironing room, which also includes free detergent, so they can carry out these tasks if they wish.

7. The property has drinking water supplied by the municipal water network; however, guests are advised to drink bottled water.

8. Key handover requires prior check-in—just like at a hotel—via an app accessed through a link you will receive. You will not be admitted unless this process is fully completed by all guests.
