Mas Peirot is an authentic farmhouse of 850 m2, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated in the original style. The farm has 60 hectares including 6 hectares of vineyards and 1 hectare of fruit trees. It is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona with a comfortable motorway 1.5 km from the farmhouse). It is a fabulous environment to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday in a natural environment. Up to 18 people. La Masia has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. Dimension of beds : 90x200. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn and trees and an XXL pool 5m x 10m with sun loungers. Large villa with 2 floors. Living room with fireplace and television. Dining room with air conditioning. Fireplace in the living room (firewood). 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Satellite antenna and cable television. Studying room. Alarm system. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Exterior of the villa: private pool, wonderful garden with lawn and trees, terrace, barbecue, outside area to sit and outside area to eat. Overcharge depending on number of guests: 100 Euros/ person when more than 6 person.
