Mentahouse is a modern, eco-friendly home built in 2012 with thoughtful design and all the comforts needed for a perfect family getaway. Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine, olive and fig trees, it offers peace and privacy just 10 minutes from the Costa Dorada beaches, PortAventura, and historic towns like Tarragona, Reus or Montblanc. The house features a spacious 70 m² open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (ideal for kids), and a full bathroom. While there is no air conditioning, the house is highly energy-efficient, staying cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to its smart insulation and cross ventilation. Guests especially love the large private garden (over 1,500 m²) – completely enclosed and safe for children – with swings, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue area (certain times of year may not be available for fire safety reasons). It’s the ideal place to unwind, enjoy meals outdoors, or let children play freely.
