Modern apartment with private swimming pool and garden. This rental apartment in Albir consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and private garden. The master bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. There is air conditioning in all rooms. Between the bedrooms is a large modern bathroom with shower. The living room is bright and nice. Good sofa and chairs in the TV nook. Good internet WIFI and smart TV. Open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. From the living room there is a door to the sheltered back garden. The garden has a large private pool, tables, chairs and sunbeds. There is an entrance to the second bathroom from the garden. The apartment is on the first floor of a large house. But the outdoor areas are completely private during the rental period. There is an automatic gate to the property. Inside the gate, there is private outdoor parking space for 2 cars.
The property is centrally located in Albir. It is 550m down to the main street of Albir and 900m down to the beach.
