A very nice house, light and spacious, with a great garden on a community, in a quiet surrounding; 800 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the centre of Denia. Swimming, hiking, cycling, padel and tennis is possible and nearby. For the use of the house we charge extra: 125 euro for cleaning, 15 euro pp for linen/towels. In the case you're stay is longer than two weeks, we charge 135 euro for cleaning.
The host will have contact with you starting a half hour before entering the house, and will do the Check I and Check Out.
The surrounding of the house is quiet. No high buildings, near to the beach and a nice green path for bycicling. Bars and restaurants are on walking distance. If you like, you easely can go to the centre of Denia, where you visit the castle and a lot of nice spots. In the house is a paper with suggestions for trips in and around Denia.

Please note that we charge a deposit of 300 euro. For linen/towels we charge 15 euro/pp; cleaning will be 125 euro/p stay (up to 3 weeks); energy = 0,4 euro per kwh (afterwards distracted from the deposit).

When you use the gas for the fireplace, you will have to leave one bottle completely filled. (otherwise we charge you 20 euro).
