We offer a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which is not a common feature of apartments in central in Puerto del Carmen. We provide fibre optic internet that is not shared with any other properties. Although the complex is located on the main beach road, directly opposite the 'Playa Grande', there is no noise at all from the restaurants and bars which are literally on the doorstep of the complex, as our apartment is located towards the back of the complex with views over the pool and out to sea.

I am Australian/Spanish and have lived in Lanzarote for many years. We enjoy meeting and welcoming people to our apartment from all different countries and walks of life!

Our apartment is located in the beachfront area of central Puerto del Carmen. The 'Playa Grande' is directly across the road from the complex, and the popular smaller 'Playa Chica' beach is within a ten minute walk. There are a multitud of restaurants, bars and souvenier shops outside the complex gate and all along the beachfront of Puerto del Carmen. The Old Town is a fifteen minute walk or a five minute taxi ride away.
