Hello, I am Steve, your host. I am Belgian and living in Spain. I moved to Calpe, Spain since 2005 mainly for the climate. I founded Alfa Omega Calpe in 2017 . Our goal is to buy existing properties, refurbish them completely and make them as nice as possible to offer the tourists a unforgettable holiday. The company has 3 activities, building, renting out to holidaymakers and real estate. If you are renting one of our properties to look for buying your own, let us know and we might have what you are looking for! I like to speak different languages and practice with the guests in their own language. Have a great stay in one of our properties!

Upstairs a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room kitchen , closed terrace , downstairs a unit with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, lounge, another unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a waiting room All bedrooms have airconditioning hot and cold. Outside a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque and lounge. Borderless pool of 10mx 3.6m Parking upstairs for 2 cars and bikes, downstairs parking for one car.ily at this peaceful place to stay.
