Situated in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, this detached sea views modern villa offers a relaxing holiday next to the sea. In addition to the sea you have a private outdoor swimming pool and garden equipped with sunbeds and barbeque. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional downstairs washing closet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine and air conditioning. The private swimming pool is solar heated with a cover. Beach towels are provided free of charge and there is free private parking. Cleanliness and safety is very important and we make sure that the villa has been professionally cleaned before arrival. WiFi is available throughout the villa. The Satellite TV offers all language choices including English, German, French and Spanish channels with a large selection of movies/films, sports, news and children’s programs. The garden is very beautiful with some interesting plants. The patio area is equipped with sun loungers, parasol, dining table and outdoor seating. You will be able to enjoy the views of the sea whilst being in the sun all day long.
Our aim is that all guests enjoy the villa and their stay. The villa offers without any doubt comfort, relaxation and joy. The decor is simple but tasteful and appeals to the majority of guests. Cleanliness and safety is very important. The majority of guests book again (repeated bookings). Very trustworthy and helpful staff. The vast ocean is only a short walk from the villa to enjoy long and enjoyable walks anytime of the day and cycling. Almost everything is walking distance from the villa. The garden is very beautiful and has all what you need for your comfort and relaxation. Check in and check out can be flexible depending on occupancy. Beach towels are provided free of charge. WIFi is in all parts of the villa. Satelite TV.
There are several close beaches to choose from. The villa is located 0.4 miles from Playa de la Cala del Ancla, 0.7 miles from Playa Bastián and 1.1 miles from Playa del Jablillo and are all great if you want to swim, relax, sunbath or go snorkelling to explore underwater life although the sea is only 300m if you just want to promenade or fish from the rocks. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance. The main supermarkets, Eurospar (0.6 miles) and Hiperdino (0.7 miles) are all within walking distance although there are convenience stores that are much closer including pharmacies. The promenade is 3 minutes away from which you can enjoy the views of the ocean whilst walking, running, or cycling.
