Centrally located alongside the seafront of Port de Soller, the holiday apartment Montemar 36 consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, a television, a cot, and a highchair (both available on request). Outside, you will find a private covered terrace with splendid views of the sea and the town’s marina, as well as access to a shared pool. The central location within the town provides easy access to both the beach and many restaurants and shops. The nearest beach, Platja den Repic, is just a few minutes on foot (300 m), and the nearest supermarket is also within the town, a 15-minute (1 km) walk along the seafront. Along the seafront at Port de Soller, there is a large selection of restaurants and bars, as well as places to hire boats. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is a 40-minute drive away (37 km). This property does not have air conditioning but does have fans. Please note that during the summer months, the temperatures inside the property can exceed 25ºC. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included. This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided.
