APARTMENT IN FIRST LINE OF SEA Spacious and bright apartment in front of the beach It has a large terrace with excellent sea views All the rooms are outward facing, have windows and are very bright It is decorated with new and modern furniture Located 40 km from Barcelona Apartment of 95 square meters, with a very large beach front terrace At 300 meters there is the train station Caldes d' Estrac ( Caldetes ), and there are regular train services linking in 40 minutes to downtown Barcelona. From Barcelona airport to the apartment can be reached by train. If traveling by car, the apartment has private parking.
It is a fishing and thermal town hall, with typical restaurants on the seafront. In its surroundings there are 2 golf courses with 18 holes ( Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and Sant Vicenç de Montalt ) , 2 golf pitch and putt , sports tennis and paddle courts, yacht harbor "El Balis " , where you can go sailing , water skiing , fishing , diving, surfing, and riding centers Palau Foundation Museum, where you can see works of art by Picasso Near the apartment there are a thermal baths.
