Welcome to my cozy studio in the heart of Gandía’s Historic Center! Recently renovated and lovingly designed, this modern space is perfect for a getaway or a work stay. The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with an elevator and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a double bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for up to 4 guests. If you’re traveling with a baby, we offer a crib upon request. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker for a delicious morning coffee. You’ll also find pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery, so you can prepare and enjoy meals just like at home. The modern bathroom includes a shower, towels, and a hairdryer. Additionally, the studio is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), a Smart TV with internet access, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected and entertained. The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk from the train and bus station and 150 meters from the “La Marina” bus stop, which takes you to Gandía Beach in just 8 minutes. If you’re driving, there is street parking or a paid underground parking lot two blocks away. Situated in the city center, you’ll be steps away from the pedestrian area of the historic quarter, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. Supermarkets are only 300 meters away, and Valencia is a 45-minute train ride, making day trips to the capital easy and convenient.
