It features comfortable rooms, all with private bathrooms, ideal for both short and long stays. 🛏️ Rooms All beds include bed linen and towels, which are provided for the guests’ use to ensure a pleasant stay. 🌡️ Comfort all year round The property is equipped with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, ensuring a comfortable temperature in every season. 🔐 Access and check-in Independent and self check-in via electronic locks Completing the check-in form is mandatory and will be sent prior to arrival The form must be completed through an external link ⏰ Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: until 11:00 AM 🚫 Important house rules Bicycles are not allowed inside the accommodation 📄 Legal guest registration In accordance with Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975, we are legally required to collect identification details of all guests. These details will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days prior to arrival.
