Property info

Nevada Beach Can Picafort is situated on the second floor of a building with lift in front of the beach. It enjoys an excellent location in the centre of Can Picafort, very close to shops, bars, restaurants of all kinds and other places of entertainment, only a few metres from the beach. It is a modern flat for four people which consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with a 150 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds), a complete bathroom and a living-dining room with TV and fibre optic 800mb symmetrical internet. The kitchen has all the equipment and electrical appliances (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle,...) But what will certainly not leave you indifferent of this accommodation is its location in front of the Mediterranean. Although it doesn't have air conditioning, a gentle sea breeze always blows through thanks to its great location.The terrace offers spectacular views of the beach of Can Picafort and its promenade, as well as the bay of Alcúdia.

Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometres of coastline, are of fine, white sand and are equipped with all services. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, chemists, municipal swimming pool... close to the neighbourhood. From the village you can reach any point of the island.
