Located in Málaga, 100 metres from La Malagueta Beach and less than 1 km from the centre, NEW MARITIMO provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a terrace. The property features sea and mountain views, and is less than 1 km from Malaga Park. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Each unit is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units come with bed linen and towels. The very spacious and bright apartments, beachfront of la Malagueta, enjoy side views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city from the height of a tenth floor. One of the apartments also has a very large terrace. Residential building, quiet and safe, with doorman. Completely recently renovated, they have a new air conditioning in the living room and a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your comfort. Bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and large flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime through your user password. Very close private parking according to availability (book in advance)
Welcome to Malaga! The capital of the Costa del Sol enjoys an exceptional quality of life. Its pleasant weather conditions allow you to make the most of your leisure and rest time.
