It is located just 2 km from the village of Sant Jordi, 3.5 km from Playa d’en Bossa, and less than 10 minutes from iconic beaches such as Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an elegant living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gym room in the basement. Outdoors, the house offers large terraces overlooking the garden, a big private swimming pool with sunbeds, a chill-out area, an outdoor dining space, and a tennis court (available at an additional cost). It is surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens. Use of the tennis court has an additional cost.
