Property info

Villa Savinar is a recently renovated 250 square meter Ibizan style villa. The villa is located in a rural area, a protected green area with beautiful views of Es Vedrá, the iconic islet of Ibiza and one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island. The pool has a 10x 5 meter infinity pool integrated into a beautiful panoramic terrace. The pool has a child safety fence that can be installed upon request. The villa is located on a plot of about 7,000 square meters fully fenced for greater privacy.

Neighborhood info

Villa Savinar is located within the Cala d’Hort Natural Reserve. From the villa you can see 4 of the most famous islets on the island, something that can be achieved from very few places on the island! San José is just 5 minutes by car and Ibiza city is about 25 minutes away. Emblematic coves on the west coast of the island, such as Cala Llentrisca, Cala d'Hort, Cala Carbó, Vadella, Moli, Cala Tarida, are located within about 10km far away.
