Spacious holiday home with private pool and a large garden, located in the most tourist area of L'Escala, just 8 minutes (750 m) walking to the beach of Riells. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m). The house has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with three single beds. And another bedroom with three single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, plus a toilet. A large dining room with access to the main terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room. The house has a wonderful garden with private pool and porch -equipped with barbecue- where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. In total, the villa can sleep 13 people: in 2 double beds and 9 single beds.
