The duplex is entirely south-facing (all exterior), providing warm sunlight throughout the day. It is incredibly relaxing to sit on the terrace, overlooking the river and the trees while enjoying the complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries I provide. You will find leisure options such as games, books, and information about the city and province. You can also enjoy a sauna or hydromassage in the shower cabin. If you prefer not to use stairs, the ground floor features a living-dining room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with two beds.
Meeting people from other places is always a fantastic life-learning experience. It is very rewarding to show guests the city, its curiosities, and points of interest, as well as welcoming visitors and sharing our culture. Our home is open to the world, and every visitor leaves behind a bit of their own culture and experiences.
The area is very quiet, with miles of tree-lined paths for walking and cycling along the river. The street features a beautiful lake with ducks and green space, as well as a café serving breakfast, daily menus, and a terrace. Next door, there is a large green park with playgrounds and sports areas, along with a specialized paella restaurant. There is a sports complex nearby with an Olympic pool and various fitness options. The hot springs (Terms) are just a few minutes' walk away, and the city center is only a 4-minute walk. In the immediate area, you will find cafés, an American-style diner, a Korean restaurant, a self-service laundry with dryers, two pharmacies, a health center, and supermarkets.
