The Oasisbeach la Zénia apartment, located in Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca near Alicante and Murcia, offers a dream location for a seaside vacation. It is only 50 km from Alicante airport, 100 meters from the Zenia Boulevard shopping center, and 900 meters from a beautiful sandy beach (La Zenia Beach). The apartment features a 50 sqm solarium terrace, balcony, large outdoor pool, private outdoor parking and a basement parking available for free on site. The accommodation includes a dining area, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is equipped with free Fiber type Wi-Fi and a television with all international channels. Guests can also enjoy a Jacuzzi located next to the outdoor pool. The area is particularly popular with golf enthusiasts. Murcia airport is 60 km away and shuttle service from the airports is available as an option. Usage of electricity is limited to 85kw per week beyond this consumption you will be asked on the last day (checkout) to pay on site 0.34 Euros per kw consumed in cash to the key manager. A counter is set up in each apartment, a measurement is made on the first day (checkin) and then on the last day (checkout) with your presence and my key manager.
