Villa Oleanda is in a superb central location overlooking the canal. It is a 5 minute walk along the water's edge to Alcudia's main street, known as Bellevue, which is lined with restaurants, stores and entertainment venues. In addition, you can also walk to the beautiful long sandy beach of Alcudia. This 2 bedroom villa has modern interiors, with a nice dining area and private pool outside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. WiFi is included.
